Hi, I am Anette  — the CEO and founder of Ocean Minds - and someone who knows firsthand what it means to lead in complex, high-stakes maritime environments.

For two decades, I have worked across the maritime industry — from managing global fleets and marine personnel to leading safety culture transformation on shore and at sea. I have held senior technical and operational roles in both commercial shipping and cruise lines.

I have led crews, built leadership teams, and served as a board member in maritime organizations across the globe — always with one mission: to align people, performance, and purpose.

Now, through Ocean Minds, I combine this experience with professional training in neuro-coaching to help maritime leaders build trust, stay calm under pressure, and lead with clarity — not just for compliance, but for culture, safety, and impact.
